Fire tests of the facade thermal insulation system «ThermoELF А»

On September 12, 2022, the prefabricated facade thermal insulation system «ThermoELF А» successfully passed full-scale fire tests for the spread of fire according to DSTU 9072:2021 "Construction of external walls with facade thermal insulation. The method of full-scale fire tests of prefabricated facade thermal insulation systems with plaster finishing and small elements for the spread of fire", conducted by the Institute of State Administration and Scientific Research of Civil Protection (Kyiv).

The test was carried out on a model of a house with an assembled prefabricated system of facade thermal insulation «ThermoELF А», made with the help of polystyrene foam plates with a thickness of 200 mm.

According to the results, PROTOCOL No. 97/1-2022 was obtained, according to which the prefab system of facade thermal insulation «ThermoELF А» produced by LLC PKF "MVA" (Odessa) with plaster finish and insulation made of polystyrene plates is considered not to spread fire.

Conducting tests and obtaining this protocol is an important event for our clients and partners, as it officially confirms the high quality, reliability and safety of our products and meets the safe fire protection conditions for the operation of the «ThermoELF А» system, both during the construction of new ones and during the thermomodernization of existing structures.
