Ready-to-use fixing primer, with an increased content of binder, for the preparation of mineral surfaces (concrete, brick, ceramic blocks, cement and gypsum plasters, gas and foam concrete, magnesite and slabs, GKL, TSP) before the execution of furnishing, finishing and painting works inside and outside buildings.

The surface must be clean, dry, level, load-bearing, and prepared according to the specified requirements. Contaminants and substances that negatively affect adhesion should be removed, and any irregularities or defects should be corrected with suitable materials, such as "Klebe- und ArmierungsMasse AM 195" or "KlebeMasse KM 193."

Application

The primer "OptiGrund" should be applied with a paintbrush or roller in its undiluted form in one or two coats until the surface is fully saturated. Ensure that no glossy layer forms after drying. After application or during long breaks, tools should be cleaned with water. During application, the surface should be protected from precipitation, fog, strong winds, and direct sunlight until the material is completely dry.
