The surface of the base must be clean, dry, capable of loading. Contaminants and substances that reduce adhesion, for example: formwork oils, mortar residues and other materials, as well as painted coatings that peel off must be removed. Minor surface irregularities must be leveled with "KlebeMasse KM 193" or "Klebe -und ArmierungsMasse AM 195" solutions, with the thickness of the leveling layer not exceeding 10 mm. Highly absorbent surfaces as well as dust-contaminated surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and treated with UniGrund fixing primer or GrundKonzentrat primer concentrate. Substrates with a glossy surface must be roughened and treated with Acryl-PutzGrund 117 adhesive primer.
Preparation of the solution
The contents of the package "KlebeMasse KM 193" (25 kg) should be carefully poured into a container with 4.5 ÷ 6.0 liters of clean water at room temperature and slowly mixed with a stirrer at low speed until a solution of uniform consistency. Leave the solution for about 10 minutes and stir again. If necessary, it is possible to adjust the solution with a small amount of water. Depending on the weather conditions, the time of use of the solution is about 2 hours from the start of mixing with water.
It is forbidden to dilute the solution, which has started to harden and lose mobility, with water and mix it again for further use.
Importantly! When mixing the solution, always take into account the exact amount of water indicated on the package. At the mechanized drawing it is necessary to be guided by the instruction on operation of the equipment.
