Decorative coating should be applied exclusively to quality basis. The surface must be solid, dry, free of efflorescence, dust, dirt, oil and grease. Previously painted surfaces should be cleaned of old material and treated with sandpaper.
Depending on the base, you can add 10% water.
Apply Quartz Primer or Acryl PutzGrund 117 primer to the prepared surface (Fig. 1). Wait until it’s completely dry.
Apply the white or colored COUNTRY base to the surface using a spatula or trowel (Fig 2). Then use your hands or a brush, trowel, or spatula to create the desired relief on the surface. Wait for the surface to dry completely (24-48 hours). Sand the base layer if necessary and prime with universal primer OptiGrund D11 (TM "ELF").
COUNTRY, thanks to its formula and reinforcing fibers, protects walls from microcracks. It is recommended to finish the colored or white COUNTRY base with VELATURA SILOXANO or VELATURA SILOXANO Matt, as well as DECOR WAX or DECOR WAX TOSCANA, which should be thoroughly mixed before application, adding the chosen colorant, or use a computer color system. This will give the coating a more natural appearance.
Apply wax to the base layer with a brush or roller (Fig. 3), then spread it with a painter's glove, sponge, or spatula to achieve the desired effect (Figure 4). For modern finishes, you can use glossy AZURE glazes or metallic waxes SPECIAL WAX.
Apply the final coating to the base layer with a brush or roller, then spread it with a painter's glove, sponge, or spatula to achieve the desired effect.
After completing the work, it is recommended to ventilate the room.
