The surface should be clean, dry, load-bearing, and meet the preparation conditions according to requirements. Contaminants and substances that reduce paint adhesion to the substrate, such as oil and grease stains, lubricants, bitumen mastics, previous unstable coatings, and weak areas, must be removed. Uneven surfaces should be smoothed with FinishSpachtel D60 or FinishSpachtel D70.
Highly absorbent surfaces should be primed with materials such as the binding primer "UniGrund" or the primer concentrate "GrundKonzentrat". For gypsum or clay surfaces, use "GipsGrund". High-alkaline surfaces are recommended to be primed with "VinylGrund D14". To prevent or address existing contamination by mold, mildew, algae, or fungi, use "BiozidGrund".
"Ultra" is a ready-to-use dispersion paint. Mix the contents of the container thoroughly with a low-speed mixer. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding water. Water should be added to each bucket in equal amounts to avoid color discrepancies.
"Ultra" paint should be applied in two coats and evenly distributed over the surface.
1st coat: It is recommended to dilute the paint with up to 10% water.
2nd coat: It is recommended not to dilute the paint.
The choice of application tool depends on the surface structure and the speed of work. Use a roller, brush, or spray gun for application.
