Designed to create a finishing matte protective coating for interior use. Offers high resistance to moisture and wear.
Suitable for decorative finishing and protection of both mineral and organic surfaces, including decorative plasters, concrete, brick, wood, MDF, fiberboard, chipboard, OSB, wallpaper, and previously painted surfaces, including furniture. Can be used as a base for glitters and decorative pigments.
The surface must be clean, dry, load-bearing, and prepared in accordance with the requirements. Contaminants and substances that reduce adhesion of the lacquer to the substrate (such as oil and grease stains, lubricants, bituminous materials, old unstable coatings, etc.), as well as weak areas, must be removed. Surface irregularities should be leveled with finishing fillers «FinishSpachtel D60», «FinishSpachtel D70», or «FassadenSpachtel D200». Sound alkyd and oil-based coatings should be sanded and dust-free.
Highly absorbent surfaces must be primed with «UniGrund» or «GrundKonzentrat». On gypsum or clay substrates, use «GipsGrund». For highly alkaline surfaces, «VinylGrund D14» is recommended. To prevent or treat mold, algae, or fungal growth, use «BiozidGrund».
When applying to plastic surfaces (PVC, PP, PE, PS, PU), it is recommended to perform a test application to check wettability and adhesion.
Before application on wooden surfaces, comply with the requirements of DSTU-N B EN 1995-1-1:2010. The surface must be sanded, clean, and dry (recommended moisture content 12±3%), free from contamination and flaking coatings. Resinous areas should be cleaned mechanically, and remaining resin removed with ethyl alcohol. Raised wood fibers should be removed. New or cleaned wood should be treated with an antiseptic, defects filled with «HolzSpachtel Fein D50», and then primed.
«InnenLack Matt» is a ready-to-use acrylic lacquer. Stir thoroughly before use manually or with a low-speed mixer. If necessary, dilute with water to adjust consistency.
Apply «InnenLack Matt» in 2–3 coats, evenly distributing it over the surface. The choice of tool affects the texture and application speed. Use a roller, brush, or spray gun. Each subsequent coat should be applied after the previous one has fully dried (approximately 3–4 hours under normal conditions). On large or adjacent surfaces, use material from the same batch or pre-mix materials from different batches.
